How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will get an order confirmation email from US!
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Please email hello@solorugs.com as early as possible and we will make any requested if the order has not shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we provide international shipping. International shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis, please email hello@solorugs.com for an estimate.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we provide expedited shipping. Expedited shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis, please email hello@solorugs.com for an estimate.
Do we offer trade or wholesale pricing?
Yes, please go to the trade tab and follow the instructions to sign up for our trade program. Once signed up and approved, you will be able to shop our site with the trade pricing. For bulk purchasing please email adam@solorugs.com
Do we accept returns?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. You will be responsible for packaging your rug for the return shipment. Once received we will inspect the rug and if it appears to be in original condition, we will issue your refund. Refund timeline will vary based on bank or credit card company.
Do we have a physical store?
